In this online training we introduce the Lean philosophy: the origin and development, who are founders and influencers, the underlying principles and the most important terms and tools. This theory is discussed in the online learning environment, both in text, video, assignments and exercises. There is also a profound theory offered to enhance the use of your learning process. You follow the online training whenever and wherever you want and at your own pace. You can find and repeat theory, videos and exercises unlimited. The total time investment is on average 6 hours.
Directly your certificate
Have you completed the training successfully and passed your exam? Then you will receive your certificate immediately. That is printing, framing and stating on your CV and Linkedin! Maruna Process Improvement is accredited according to the Lean Competency System (LCS) developed at the Cardiff University Lean Enterprise Research Center (LERC). Lean Basic concerns the level of basic knowledge Lean (LCS 1a). Follow the online training individually (private or business), obtain a site license for your department or entire company, or choose the face to face version on location. We would like to inform you about the possibilities! We are also open to initiatives to develop Lean online training for your specific industry.
Follow-up training
If you want to get started using the Lean Roadmap yourself with the flexible and efficient setup of processes from the (end) customer perspective, sign up for the Lean Management training. This training takes three days. In addition to classical meetings, you will have access to My Maruna, our electronic learning environment. In this learning environment, you prepare for the training and will find information, video’s and exercises to make the theory your own. After completing this training, you are certified on LCS 1a, 1b and 1c level. First, follow the online Lean Basis training, then you will receive a € 100 discount. In addition to the LCS, Maruna Process Improvement is accredited by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) for Six Sigma Training and Certified Six Sigma Certification.
